The villa's three-story modern architecture is designed to accommodate guests in all seasons. With 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people, Villa Everes provides plenty of outdoor spaces on the poolside and upper floors, all offering unique sea views. The best vantage points for enjoying these views are the upper bedrooms with their private balconies/terrace areas, perfect spots for watching sunsets. In addition to these features, the villa also boasts a gym area for guests who wish to maintain their workout routine during vacations. The gym is equipped with a treadmill, cross-trainer, machine-fly, as well as amenities such as table tennis and Premier League football on TV.

A cleaning fee of £100 is applied for stays less than a week. For stays longer than two weeks, a mid stay clean is provided.
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra price of £20 per day.

This villa requires a 15% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 1 week before the scheduled arrival. The final balance can also be paid as cash on arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required with this villa. This should be paid with the final balance.
Cancellation PolicyIf the reservation is cancelled within two weeks, the deposit will be fully refunded.
