Four bedrooms are situated above the pool level, whilst the fifth is a self-contained room accessed by steps near the pool.

Top Floor - Rooftop Terrace Bedroom Suite: This room, decorated in pink and grey hues, features a king-size bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite shower room equipped with a bidet/toilet and an oversized washbasin with a dressing unit. Direct access to the roof terrace is provided via patio doors, where guests can indulge in the king-size bed and the jacuzzi overlooking Kalkan.

First Floor - Four Poster Bedroom Suite: Primarily decorated in white with grey, this suite boasts a white king-size four-poster bed, along with wardrobes, a dressing table, and a spacious ensuite shower room featuring a bidet/toilet and a sizable vanity unit. This generously proportioned bedroom easily accommodates two additional good-sized Z beds.

First Floor - Jacuzzi Room Bedroom Suite: Adorned in metallic tones, this suite features a king-size bed, large wardrobes, and a dressing table. Its ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath with views across Kalkan, a shower, an oversized vanity unit, and, of course, a toilet/bidet. This room can readily accommodate an extra Z bed.

Ground Floor Bedroom Suite - Garden Room: Decorated in white and navy for a fresh and cool aesthetic, this room offers a large double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and an ensuite shower room with a vanity unit and toilet/bidet. Situated on the same level as the lounge/kitchen, it benefits from double patio doors that open out onto the pool area.

Poolside Bedroom Apartment Suite: Accessed via steps to the side of the pool and located adjacent to the gym and media/TV room, this self-contained apartment comprises a king-size bedroom with wardrobes and a vanity unit, a spacious lounge/dining room, a small kitchenette, and a shower room complete with a shower, toilet, and vanity unit. This suite can accommodate two additional Z beds, and the media room, though windowless, features a large sofa bed.

Splash pool suitable for loungers or perfect for toddlers and small children.

Poolside private bar, outdoor kitchen area with BBQ and two burner gas stoves along with preparation space, meaning food preparation can be enjoyed outside. The outdoor area around the pool is equipped with a fridge, five bar stools, and shelves stocked with gold stainless steel glassware and crockery for your convenience. Additionally, drinks can be pre-stocked upon request before arrival at an extra charge. Alternatively, you're welcome to use the bar with your own purchases.

This villa requires a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is paid 90 days before the scheduled arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £350 is also required with this villa. This should be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge that sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable. Villa 360 Kalkan strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance at the point of reservation & deposit payment, as they cannot be held responsible for air operator changes, personal injury or loss/damage/theft of guests personal belongings whilst staying at the accommodation.

Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival (where only reservation deposit payment made)
within 24 hours - of making reservation (timeframe more than 90 days prior to arrival)
80% of the reservation deposit payment will be made – 20% of this reservation deposit payment will be retained as an administration payment

More than 24 hours – of making reservation (more than 90 days prior to arrival)
In the event of a cancellation of any kind we regret that you will lose the reservation deposit payment regardless of when you cancel. However, you will not need to pay the full holiday cost.

Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival – when a cancellation is made following the full payment being made, Villa 360 Kalkan will retain the reservation deposit payment plus 50% of the remaining balance. The remaining 50% of the final balance will be refunded.


Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival – where cancellation is made following the full payment being made, Villa 360 Kalkan will retain all the payments made.

Important Note - We will always try to help our customers and our policy is to find alternative guests to support you. At our discretion we may be able to offer a partial refund if an alternative guest can be found for your dates and that there has been at no loss or cost to Villa 360.

COVID -
Consideration to the standard policy may be made should the FCO fully close air space (either Turkish or UK airspace). In this case alternative dates may be provided.
However, if the airspace is still open then the standard cancellation policy will apply.  Villa 360 cannot be held responsible for air operator/transport amendments. Therefore, guests should claim their cancellation on personal travel insurance
